Shipping and delivery information

When placing your order, you can choose the shipping method — available options will be shown before finalizing your purchase. You’ll be able to select the shipping method after choosing your products and entering the delivery address. At this stage, shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be clearly displayed. You may also opt to collect the product directly from our warehouse.

Standard delivery times are 5 to 6 working days from the date of shipment, as specified in the order confirmation. For deliveries to Calabria, Campania, Molise, Puglia, Sicily, and Sardinia, shipping may take up to 12 to 15 working days.

HOME ELEGANS reserves the right to accept or decline orders with delivery requested outside of Italy or the European Union. For deliveries outside of Italy, shipping times and costs may vary.
In the case of non-EU countries, any import duties, customs fees, or taxes will be the sole responsibility of the recipient. Customers are encouraged to contact their local customs authorities in advance to verify applicable costs and import restrictions.

Please note that delivery times are purely indicative. Any delay or partial shipments do not entitle the customer to refuse the delivery or claim compensation.
Upon Delivery

At the time of delivery, customers are required to verify the following:

- That the number of packages delivered matches the number listed on the shipping document.

- That the packaging is intact and has not been tampered with or damaged, including sealing materials such as adhesive tape or metal straps.

Any damage to the packaging and/or products, or discrepancies in the number of packages, must be immediately reported on the delivery receipt and signed by the courier.
Any issues concerning the condition or completeness of the delivered items must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery, as outlined in our terms.
Additional Delivery Terms

The standard shipping service does not include delivery to your floor or inside your home — this remains the responsibility of the customer.
Additional costs due to changes in address, temporary storage, or failed delivery attempts (e.g., absence of the customer at the agreed time) will also be charged to the customer, including any related risk of product damage.

Products will not be unpacked upon delivery. We recommend checking the package dimensions in advance to ensure that delivery is feasible in your space. HOME ELEGANS assumes no responsibility for undeliverable packages due to space limitations (e.g., staircases, elevators, doorways).

Should you require delivery to your floor or inside your home, HOME ELEGANS can arrange this service upon request, subject to confirmation of availability by our logistics partner.

It is also possible to request installation services. Please send us a request including your delivery address, and we will evaluate feasibility and provide a quote. This quote must be signed and paid before shipping can proceed.
